Sal Martines has proven time and time again that he is the best. When I purchased my first home, I had worked with multiple other realtors for over two years with no luck finding what I liked in my price range, or would have them flake and not submit my offer. After meeting with Sal, he found me my home in three days, and I closed on it. Literally a phenomenal experience.
Sal has consistently kept in touch, and does not make you feel like a customer, he makes you feel like family. At one point, he even invited me over for drinks. I have asked him to price my house multiple times in the past, and he has always indulged and been a huge help, as I've considered renting it or selling it multiple times over the years.
Here, almost 7 years later, I am excited to finally be selling my home with Sal, and I am confident I will sell it quick at my asking price. He sold my mothers home for what she wanted, before it even hit the market, and she was ecstatic. He came over, took a few pictures, sent out a "soft" release e-mail, and had interested buyers in less than a week!
Unfortunately I am leaving the Las Vegas region, but I would not hesitate to immediately reach out to Sal if I decide to move back, or do business in Vegas again in the future.

Sal went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to make sure he could be at the release of the lots and lottery when I could not get there. Got my first pick. I’ve bought many homes in Las Vegas and Sal is bar none the best I’ve worked with. You won’t go wrong in using The Martines Home Team.
