Sal takes interest in what you're looking for. It only takes him a minute to exactly what you want. He doesn't waste your time showing you a bunch of house all over town that you are not interested in. Sal showed me maybe 5 houses in 2 days and found the perfect one. He knows how to deal with the loan officers, etc. and gets the job done. I wouldn't use any other agent.

He knows his business. He does everything he knows to do to keep it running as smooth as possible. He had to do some back checking a few times but he was so good at keeping us in formed with it all. He kept in contact with the other realtor and the banks.. all that were involved. It was such a pleasure to have this experience with him. I met Sal through a friend of mind at work, who he helped get his first house. I had been looking for a house for about 2 years, I had worked with four different realtors in that time frame that didn't have the drive to help me out after losing bid after bid. Sal however was willing to work with me and my situation. He didn't try to force me to buy a house that I didn't like, or bid for a house that was over priced. He gave me his professional advise on areas that would be a suitable neighborhood for me and also looked towards the future to give me his opinion of the profit value of that area when it comes time for me to to sell. He was organized, told me exactly what I needed and when I needed, I didn't have to resubmit form after form like I had issues with other realtors. Any time I had a question he was there to answer it, even late in the evening. I had no problems speaking to him and I didn't feel like anything I asked was a hassle for him. I would do business with Sal again, I would recommend him to friends and family as well.
